SAP MM/PP Business Analyst

Operating Division: Lastar, Inc.
Location: Southern Ohio

Position Description: This position proposes and reviews business processes as related to the company's business system for the (MM) Material Management /(PP) Production Planning Modules and it's other supporting applications. Works in conjunction with technical IT department members to define specifications and test development modifications to current business system for the MM/PP Modules. Responsible for monitoring user requests and suggesting appropriate action to resolve issues as well as writing procedures and training end users on procedures which interact with business system and IT system technology.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands on MM/PP functional configuration experience in SAP R/3
  • 2-4 years experience in a technical training/writing experience or environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be customer service focused

Marketing Manager

Position Description: The essential job function is to plan, develop, execute, and measure marketing programs for Cables To Go's Distribution and National Accounts in order to increase sales, market share, and brand awareness. This position requires skillful execution of Marketing strategies and an expert level of customer service.

Position Requirements:

  • 6 years of marketing experience including management level, preferably in the computer industry
  • BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or other business degree. MBA highly preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Access
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask at a very high level

Operations Supervisor

Operating Division: Lastar, Inc.
Location: Dayton, Ohio

Position Description: The primary function of this position is to supervise and coordinate activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, stocking, inventorying, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in the warehouse. A strong focus on customer service is stressed in this position and should be mirrored in the candidate.

Web Developer - Front End

Operating Division: Cables to Go Web Sales
Location: Moraine, Ohio

Position Description: The Web Front-End Developers primary objective is to closely work with the Senior Manager of E-Commerce to define, code, and implement front-end development for the goal of increasing Lastar's e-commerce sales. This individual will have the ability to become familiar and employ ASP classic per best practices, maintain current HTML/CSS standards via industry-accepted best practices, use strong CSS knowledge to ensure overall browser compatibility, and be familiar with creating and maintaining AJAX-driven applications.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of developing and marketing e-commerce websites with experience in object-oriented programming.
  • Thorough knowledge/experience with HTML (and CSS), JavaScript (and AJAX), source code control (i.e. SVN)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Associate degree in MIS or CIS or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
