Michael Shane, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Mike Shane co-founded Cables To Go in 1984. In his role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he directs the high-level strategic interests of the company. This includes overseeing Lastar's financial health, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and acting as the primary liaison with financial service providers.

Prior to Lastar, Mr. Shane owned and operated a computer retail store, Computer Expressions.

As a member of The CEO Project, Mr. Shane networks and collaborates with other top executives around the country in order to hone his own leadership skills. Mr. Shane was recognized as 'Member of the Year – 2009' by The CEO Project. He has served as Entrepreneur Mentor in Miami University's (Oxford, OH) Entrepreneurship Mentoring Program, and in 1993 he received Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

In conjunction with Lastar's community service projects, Mr. Shane has served as a judge for the Better Business Bureau's Student of Integrity Scholarship Award, and is a member of the Montgomery County Ohio Board of The American Cancer Society. He is also a member of the Southwest Ohio Board for the American Heart Association, chairing their HeartWalk in 2006 and 2007. More recently, Mr. Shane has been appointed to The Federal Reserve Bank's Dayton Business Advisory Council and is a member the Board for The Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton.

Geoff Hyman, Vice Chairman

Geoff Hyman, Vice Chairman

Geoff Hyman co-founded Cables To Go in 1984. As Vice Chairman, Mr. Hyman serves as a high-level ambassador for several of the company's largest clients. He also addresses strategic issues, including acquisitions and partnerships, and serves as a member of the Lastar's Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Cables To Go, Mr. Hyman was a sales representative at Computer Expressions, where he was responsible for all business-to-business sales of computer products and services.

Mr. Hyman graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Marketing.

Jeff Fourman, Vice Chairman

Jeff Fourman, Vice Chairman

Jeff Fourman co-founded Cables To Go in 1984. In his role as Vice Chairman, he focuses on high-level operational leadership, and participates in all of the strategic decision making processes concerning Lastar. He also serves as a member of the company's Board of Directors. Prior to his role as Vice Chairman, Mr. Fourman served as COO and was responsible for all of Lastar's operations.

Prior to joining the company Mr. Fourman was a sales representative with Computer Expressions, where he was responsible for consumer sales of computer products and services.

William Diederich, President

William Diederich, President

Bill Diederich is the President of Lastar, Inc., with direct responsibilities for the company's sales, marketing, operations, finance, strategic planning, leadership development and human resources functions. He joined Cables To Go in 1988, and was a member of the company's early customer service team.

Mr. Diederich has accepted many roles over the years, including Reseller Account Manager, OEM Sales Manager, Product Manager, Director of Marketing, Vice President of Marketing and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Diederich spearheaded Lastar's most recent strategic planning process, and is credited with leading the company into significant strategic phases. He is also continuously developing his own executive skills through his involvement in CEO Project, a peer collaboration and leadership growth program.

Mr. Diederich holds a B.A. from Wright State University.

Sam Pfabe, Chief Operating Officer

Sam Pfabe, Chief Operating Officer

Sam Pfabe joined Lastar in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2006 became the company's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Pfabe is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations in purchasing, receiving, production, warehousing, shipping and facilities.

In 2007, Mr. Pfabe coordinated Lastar's transition and relocation into four new facilities, including the most recent relocations of our Asian Manufacturing operations and the Dayton Fulfillment operation, without interruption to customer service.

Prior to joining Lastar, Mr. Pfabe spent 17 years with Premier Farnell plc, and held senior financial and operational positions with successful distribution and manufacturing companies.

Mr. Pfabe has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia, where he was captain of the varsity football team. He later completed his MBA in Finance from Akron University.

John Kuhnash, Chief Financial Officer

John Kuhnash, Chief Financial Officer

John Kuhnash joined Lastar in 2007 and is responsible for the company's overall financial management and accounting functions for the entire enterprise.

Prior to Lastar, Mr. Kuhnash was a shareholder of a privately held manufacturing company where he helped grow the business from $1 million in annual sales to nearly $100 million with eight locations in five states over a 20 year period. His earlier years were spent in accounting, information systems and cost estimating, while quickly rising to executive roles including Treasurer, CFO and CEO.

Mr. Kuhnash has served on various boards, including the March of Dimes, Red Cross and the 2005 Senior U.S. Open.

Mr. Kuhnash graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Finance.

James Bush, Senior Vice President, Sales

James Bush, Senior Vice President, Sales

Mr. Bush is the Company's Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for driving sales of Cables To Go products through the distribution channel, National Accounts and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channels. Mr. Bush manages a combination of inside, outside and national accounts sales teams to execute the sales strategies of the Company. Mr. Bush was responsible for Cables To Go products first being introduced into the distribution channel in the mid-90's and has led the distribution channel sales for the Company over the last 12 years.

Prior to joining Cables To Go Mr. Bush held a broad range of sales and sales management positions with increasing levels of responsibility at Inmac Computer Supplies, culminating with National Sales Manager.

He received a B.A. in Business from Eastern Illinois University.

Gregory Billhardt, Executive Vice President

Gregory Billhardt, Executive Vice President

Mr. Billhardt is Lastar's Vice President of Marketing. He joined the Company in 1997 as Marketing Coordinator supporting multiple business units. Mr. Billhardt has served many different marketing roles at Lastar.

Prior to joining the Company, he served as a Marketing Services Manager at Kimball Midwest, an MRO distributor in Columbus, OH. Upon his initial engagement with Lastar Mr. Billhardt quickly ascended to the role of Divisional Marketing Manager, and is now responsible enterprise wide for all disciplines in marketing including brand management, customer marketing, product management, pricing, graphic design, database marketing and Internet marketing.

Mr. Billhardt is most notably credited with developing the concept, executing the company's entrée into online commerce in 1999, then managing, growing the effort to become a high growth profit engine and creating a talent rich, scalable marketing organization.

Mr. Billhardt graduated Cum Laude from John Carroll University with a B.A.
