Position Title: Account Manager
Location: Dayton, OH


Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to sell connectivity and related products to customers via inbound and outbound calls. Candidates should be capable of developing customer relationships, enhancing the sales process to achieve exceptional customer service and be a creative individual in terms of generating business. This individual will need to understand forecasting and budgeting within an established territory and should also demonstrate a constant need to succeed and to over-achieve financial results and measurable objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years previous sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Industry experience preferred.
Extensive product training will be provided to qualified candidates.

Position Title: Technical Sales Representative (TSR)
Location: Dayton, OH


Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Technical Sales Representative include fielding inbound calls, handling customer service inquiries and selling all distributed products. The TSR will provide excellent customer care and presales technical support services for connectivity, via electronic e-mail and all systems.

Requirements:
  • One year customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years previous sales experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Call center or experience in the cabling industry preferred.
  • Associate's degree preferred.

Position Title: Inside Business Development Representative
Location: Dayton, OH


Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Inside Business Development Rep is to drive RapidRun (and other products) sales, revenue, and profitability growth through increased awareness and penetration. This individual will be responsible for generating leads from high potential prospects by providing awareness and creating interest in RapidRun and other products via outbound calls.

Requirements:
  • One year customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years sales experience.
  • Call center experience in the cabling industry preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
